Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Inclusion Japan are recruiting participating venture companies from all over the world and around the world as a demonstration field to realize a decarbonized society in "Osaka", which is drawing attention from the world toward 2025 and is changing. "ICJ ESG Accelerator" was held. Through this program, we aim to create collaboration among investors including venture companies, business companies, and venture capital, and accelerate business development toward the realization of a carbon-free and circular economy.
We had 98 venture companies apply. After interviews with each company, a total of 14 venture companies, 7 companies each from 2 categories of Category A Hard Tech Division and Category B Software / DX Division, were selected as finalists, and business discussions with members of Inclusion Japan were conducted. At first, consideration was given to a business alliance with a supporting company.
A demo day was held on April 27 (Wednesday), and the grand prize company was decided after strict examination by experts in each field. In addition to the sponsoring company awards by the sponsoring companies, the "ICJ Award", which is decided by the votes of the Demo Day participants, was selected from the 14 companies selected for the final selection.
